Direct-to-Door Marketing does all the work for you. We specialize in business-to-residential
distribution and will distribute your advertisements in the areas of your choice. We do the
work – but you remain in control.
OUR GUARANTEE
All distributions are carefully monitored, supervised and verified via field supervisors. Two
different supervisors are used to ensure distribution and quality assurance. A detailed map
with the highlighted area of the distribution will be turned in by each field supervisor. The
map will be available to our customers upon request for up to three days after that date of the
distribution. When you use Direct-to-Door Marketing, you can be sure that your
advertisement will be delivered. We also provide digital pictures that our supervisors take throughout the distribution.

fact, they are so low that if they could really distribute materials for that price we would just

what you pay for. If the price you are quoted from our competitor is significantly lower than
the quote you receive from Direct-to-Door Marketing, there is a good chance that you are not
dealing with a reputable company.

SIZE DOES NOT MATTER
When it comes to distribution we are the professionals that more businesses are turning to.
Direct-to-Door Marketing can handle any size of distribution no matter how big the order is.
From ten thousand to ten million, it does not matter; we are prepared to handle it all.
We can start an order within as little as a day’s notice currently, but at times, a lead time or
notice of as much as two weeks may be required. The time required for completion of a
delivery depends upon the size of an order. For a ballpark estimate 5,000 to 10,000, 1-3
days, 100,000, 4 days to 2 weeks and 1,000,000 from 2 weeks to 6 weeks. You, as the client
have the option of specifying the time frame for completing the distribution, within our capacity.
We can design a campaign that allows you to spread out the timeframe and quantity that is
to be delivered each week.
DOOR HANGERS VERSES BULK MAIL
Direct-to-Door Marketing puts your advertisement on the front door of thousands of potentials
customers in the surrounding area of your business. Direct-to-Door Marketing gives your ad a
premier location because your customer only has one front door.
Bulk mail is usually discarded by the customer without ever seeing the ad because it usually
comes along with about 15 other advertisements and is considered “spam”. Bulk mail costs
approximately .42¢ per piece, and usually has less than a 1% response. Most of our
customers use Direct-to-Door Marketing as their only form of advertisement because of its
effectiveness.
RAIN DAY’S AND HOLIDAY’S
If it rains on the date that your marketing materials are scheduled for distribution, your
materials will be distributed on the next clear day. The only exception to this will be if that day
falls on Sunday or a holiday. If it is urgent that your materials are distributed on Sunday or the
holiday, Direct-to-Door Marketing will make every effort to get the marketing materials distributed.

HERE’S HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Call your Direct-to-Door Marketing representative with any questions.

2. Ask for a quote. You can do this by calling or through our website contact form.
3. Once your choice has been made, please contact our office and an invoice will be
sent and a date will be set for your distribution and/or printing.
4. Our “Business Agreement” will be sent to you to read and sign. Please fill it out carefully and fax it back to 866 -643-4037. We must have the “Business Agreement” before we start your
job. You can also scan this and email it back to info@doorhangerswork.com
5. Make all payments out to Direct-to-Door Marketing. Payment is due upon
acceptance of the agreement. Materials will not be distributed and/or printed until
payment has been received and has cleared the bank. We accept checks, cashiers
checks, money orders, Zelle, Venmo and cash.
6. IMPORTANT: We encourage you to send your payment to our office via FedEx,
UPS or your overnight courier. We will not start your distribution until your
payment has been received.
7. If you have marketing materials at your office, contact a representative at our office
and we will schedule a time to pick up your materials for distribution.
